When your company adopts AI, your sales team is where it lands first.
The US Census Bureau tracks AI use across 15 business functions. Among firms that have adopted AI, 52% apply it to sales and marketing. No function ranks higher. If you own revenue, this technology reaches your desk before anyone else’s.
Your company size decides whether it reaches you at all. 37% of US firms with 250 or more employees use AI today. Fewer than 20% of firms with under 20 employees do. Skills is the barrier small companies cite most often.
The gap is a skills gap. The AI your competitors run already ships inside the CRM you pay for every month. Zoho has Zia. Salesforce has Einstein. HubSpot has Breeze. Microsoft has Copilot. Every quarter it stays switched off is a quarter your reps spend keying in records.

AI use, OECD countries. OECD, 2025
Clixlogix closes that distance for you. We switch on the AI your CRM already includes, connect it to pipeline data you can trust, and train your reps on the 3 or 4 actions that change their working day. You reach the capability large firms built in house, without the headcount they hired to build it.
Selling is a team culture before it is a system. Your CRM records the culture you already have, so a rollout that ignores how your leaders run the week and how your reps actually work produces a tidy database nobody opens.
Clixlogix reads your team before configuring anything. We sit with the people who carry the number, map how the work moves through them, and design the CRM around that. The strategy fits the team you have, which is the only version of it your reps will use.
Two sets of signals decide the design. One comes from the top of the team and one comes from every spoke in it.
We sequence the KPIs so the first wins land inside a quarter. The metrics that take a year to move are real, and they come after your team has a reason to trust the system.
Clixlogix works as a CRM service provider delivering Zoho CRM services, HubSpot CRM services, Salesforce CRM services and Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation. Our CRM services run in three lines, CRM consulting and implementation, CRM customization and automation, and CRM integrations with data migration. Take the whole programme, or plug us into the one stage that is slowing your revenue team down.
We decide what the CRM should do before deciding which CRM to buy. Platform choice runs on evidence from your own pipeline, and the rollout lands in stages your team can absorb.
We score Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 against how your team actually sells, your deal complexity and the systems you already run.
CompareWe map your sales process, qualification stages and reporting needs into a CRM design. You get the blueprint before anyone configures a screen.
ScopeConfiguration, pipeline stages, permissions and controlled testing, rolled out in phases. Your CRM works under real load from the first week.
PlanWe train your reps on the 3 or 4 actions that change their working day, then measure real usage weekly and tune what they avoid.
DiscussObjects, fields and relationships shaped around your deals instead of the vendor default, so reporting holds together as the business grows.
DesignTerritories, hierarchies and record visibility set so every rep sees their pipeline and nobody sees what they should not.
ReviewOne team, one pipeline, one quarter. We prove the design with real deals before the whole sales org moves onto it.
ExploreRole based sessions for reps, managers and admins, recorded and reusable so your next hire is productive without waiting for us.
DiscussEvery sales team works differently, and a CRM that fights that difference goes unused. We shape the system around your motion, then switch on the AI your platform already ships so the admin carries itself.
Custom fields, modules and layouts that match how your team sells, built to stay upgrade friendly as the platform ships new releases.
ExploreStage rules, approvals and handoffs that move a deal forward without anyone chasing it. The process runs whether or not the manager is watching.
MapFollow up sequences, task creation, alerts and escalation built on your own rules. Repetitive work fires on its own and your reps keep selling.
AutomateTerritories, roles, scoring and required fields configured so the pipeline stays clean and the reporting holds up under scrutiny.
ReviewWe switch on Zia, Einstein, Breeze or Copilot inside the licence you already pay for, then tune it against your own pipeline data.
ActivateAgentforce, Zia Agents, Copilot and Breeze agents configured to research accounts, draft follow ups and keep records current on their own.
ExplorePredictive scoring and automatic assignment so the deals worth working reach the right rep while they are still warm.
ScoreDeduplication, field hygiene and history cleanup, because scoring and agents are only as good as the records underneath them.
AssessA CRM is only as good as what flows into it. We run Salesforce integration services, HubSpot CRM integration, Zoho CRM integration services and Dynamics 365 connections, and move your history across with mapping and reconciliation you can check yourself.
Clean connections to marketing, support, finance and telephony with controlled data flow. Your records stay consistent and nothing breaks at the boundaries.
ConnectAPI work for the systems no connector covers, including internal tools and industry platforms your business depends on.
DiscussThe plan before the move. Sequencing, field mapping decisions, what gets archived, and a cutover with a rollback you can actually use.
PlanMapping, validation and mock loads before the real move, then reconciliation afterwards. You land with records you trust in week one.
MoveDeduplication, merge rules and field standardisation on the way across, so you migrate a clean database instead of an old mess.
CleanCalls logged against the right record automatically, with recordings and outcomes where your managers can coach from them.
ConnectTwo way sync between CRM and your marketing platform so campaign source, engagement and pipeline live in one story.
SyncAlerting on failed syncs and drifting records, because integrations fail quietly and nobody notices until the forecast is wrong.

More about our process
A free CRM audit, worth $800, of your pipeline, your data and how your reps actually use the system you have. You get the findings and what they cost you, whether or not you work with us.
The same CRM lands differently on a sales leader, a rep and the person who administers it. We design for all three, because a system that serves one of them and taxes the other two stops being used by month four.
You need a forecast you can defend in a board meeting and a pipeline you can inspect without chasing reps for updates the night before.
You need the system to carry the admin so your day goes on conversations and closes rather than on keying in what already happened.
You own the data model, the automations and the integrations, and you need all three to survive the next reorg without a rebuild.
How a deal gets won changes by sector. A field service operation qualifies and schedules nothing like a property firm, and a lender carries compliance steps a retailer never sees. We shape the pipeline, the data model and the automation around how your industry actually sells.
See every sector we deliver into, the compliance pressures inside each one, and where a CRM rollout usually meets resistance.
View All IndustriesFour platforms cover almost every sales team we meet, and they are not interchangeable. Which one suits you depends on how your deals get approved, who maintains the system afterwards and what your business already runs on.

Where a platform shows Limited, or puts a capability behind a paid add on, that is where our configuration, custom development and integration work closes the gap.
Coverage is mapped from official vendor documentation. Tap any capability to see how each platform delivers it, which tier it needs, and the vendor source.

The matrix shows what each platform ships. It cannot tell you which gaps matter for how your team sells. Tell us how you work today and we will tell you which of these four fits, and what it would take to close the rest.
Some of you need one honest review before a budget conversation next month. Some of you need a team holding the CRM every day while the sales org changes around it. The model you pick sets the pace, the budget and how much we take on.
Five ways to work with us, built around how much of the CRM you want to hand over. A single audit before a decision, a fixed scope rollout, or a team who owns your CRM day to day. Every model runs the same delivery discipline underneath, so the difference is scope and ownership, never rigour.

Free, worth $800. We go through the CRM you already run: pipeline hygiene, data quality, automation, permissions and what your reps actually use. You get a prioritised report and what each gap costs you, whether or not you work with us.
Scope and price agreed before we touch anything. Configuration, data migration, testing and go live, with milestone checkpoints so nothing lands as a surprise.
A team who knows your build, on a monthly engagement. Administration, enhancement requests, user support and release checks, scaled to what you actually use.
A sync stopped, a report will not reconcile, someone edited a workflow and broke a handoff. We fix that specific thing and leave. No retainer.
Consultants and developers working on your CRM full time, for sales organisations where the system is the operating model and change never stops.
| Factor | What We Look At |
|---|---|
| Platform and Edition | Which CRM, and which tier, since capability and limits move with it |
| Users and Permission Depth | Seat count, roles, territories and how granular record sharing has to be |
| Data Migration Volume | Record counts, how many sources, and how clean the data arrives |
| How Much Needs Custom Code | Where configuration ends and Deluge, Apex, Power Automate or a custom build begins |
| Number of Integrations | Each connected system adds mapping, error handling and testing |
| Adoption and Change Load | How much retraining, phased rollout and reinforcement the team needs |
Our rates run $25 to $35 per hour. What an engagement costs depends on the platform, the data and how much has to change, so we scope each one and come back with a firm number.
| Engagement | What It Covers | Timeline | Investment |
|---|---|---|---|
| CRM Audit | Full review of the CRM you run today: pipeline hygiene, data quality, automation, permissions and adoption, with a prioritised report | On request | Free, worth $800 |
| Single Platform Rollout | One CRM configured, migrated and live, with the reporting and training the sales team needs to actually use it | On request | On request |
| Customisation and Automation | Custom objects, workflows, scoring and approvals built on a CRM you already run, plus the testing to keep upgrades safe | On request | On request |
| Integration and Data Migration | Connecting CRM to finance, support, marketing and telephony, with mapping, cleansing, mock loads and reconciliation | On request | On request |

The questions that come up most often before a CRM engagement starts, answered against the same coverage and factors published further up this page.
We implement Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365, so the recommendation is not a licence sale. The coverage matrix further up this page maps twenty sales capabilities across all four from vendor documentation, including where a capability sits behind a higher tier or a paid add on. We use it in the other direction too: tell us how your team sells and which gaps would actually hurt, and the shortlist usually narrows to one or two.
We start with what you run. Most CRMs carry years of decisions that made sense at the time, and a rebuild throws away the ones that still work. The first job is separating what is a configuration change from what genuinely needs custom code, then changing only what has to change.
Yes, and the mapping matters more than the move. We map objects, relationships and history to their equivalents in the target platform before anything is transferred, then run mock loads and reconcile record counts and totals against the source. A field for field copy rarely survives contact with how the new platform actually models a deal.
Yes, genuinely free. It is worth $800 at our normal rates and we do not charge for it. You get a review of the CRM you run today covering pipeline hygiene, data quality, automation, permissions and what your reps actually use, written up as a prioritised report with what each gap is costing you. The report is yours whether or not you work with us, and a read only administrator account is enough for us to do it.
Our rates run $25 to $35 per hour. What an engagement costs after that depends on which platform and edition you are on, how many users and how granular the permissions have to be, how much data is moving and how clean it arrives, how much of the work needs custom code rather than configuration, and how many systems the CRM has to talk to. Those factors are listed further up this page, and we scope against them before quoting.
It is set by scope rather than by platform. A review of an existing setup is short. A single platform rollout with migration, reporting and training is longer, and an integration programme across finance, support and marketing is longer again. We give you a timeline with the scope, and we phase rollouts so you can pause or change direction at a milestone instead of committing to the whole programme up front.
Both, depending on the capability and your data. Lead and deal scoring, in CRM assistants and sales agents are real and shipping across all four platforms, but most of it sits behind a higher tier, a credit balance or a separate add on, and all of it degrades on messy pipeline data. We treat data readiness as the first piece of AI work rather than the last, because a scoring model trained on stale stages will confidently rank the wrong deals.
For a review, a read only administrator account is enough to look at your configuration, users, roles, automation and data quality. Nothing in your live system changes during a review. Once build work starts we use a sandbox wherever your platform and edition provide one, so changes are tested before they reach the system your reps use every day.
You can take it from there or keep a team who knows your build. Managed services covers administration, enhancement requests, user support and release checks on a monthly engagement. All four vendors ship changes continuously, and someone has to decide which of them matter to your configuration before they arrive.
