Zoho is easy to start, which is most of why you chose it. Your setup was configured for the business you were, by whoever needed it first, and it still carries that shape. Nothing is wrong with it. It was never designed to carry the company you are becoming.
Volume is what exposes it, and the setup keeps running long after the team stops trusting what it tells them. We have unpicked that across every Zoho application below, so we know which part of it is a configuration decision and which part needs Deluge.
You get the same team across consulting, implementation and custom development, whether that is one module or the full suite.
Eight ways we work on a Zoho estate, from the first assessment through configuration, custom development and integration, then ongoing support once you are live. Start wherever your setup is under the most pressure.
You get an assessment of what your setup does today and what it needs to do at your next growth stage. Our certified consultants map gaps across licensing, module fit and process, then hand you a plan you can act on.
DiscussWe roll out the Zoho applications you have chosen, configured for how your teams actually work. Module setup, workflow rules, data load, user provisioning and go live support, delivered on a scope you approve.
DiscussWhen configuration reaches its limit, we write the Deluge. Custom functions, Creator apps, API work and marketplace extensions, built by developers who hold current Zoho certifications.
DiscussYour Zoho applications talk to each other and to everything outside them. We connect accounting, payments, telephony and the tools your teams already run, so data moves without anyone rekeying it and your reporting holds up.
Zoho One gives you around fifty applications and most companies use a handful. We help you decide which ones earn a place in your operation, sequence the rollout so teams adopt them, and retire the tools they replace.
The processes that do not fit a standard module get their own application. We build them on Zoho Creator, so they inherit your existing users, permissions and data instead of becoming another system to maintain.
Implementation for the applications beyond CRM. We set up support desks, accounting, reporting and HR so they share the same customer and employee records as the rest of your Zoho estate.
After go live you keep a team who knows your build. Ongoing administration, enhancement requests, user support and release checks, on a monthly engagement that scales with what you actually need.
Clixlogix’s Zoho consulting and implementation run on SEDM, the same structured delivery model that governs our ERP work, with defined checkpoints from discovery through configuration to rollout and evolution.
See how SEDM worksZoho needs change with size. A single admin running CRM needs decisions that stay reversible. A multi entity operation on Zoho One needs governance, access controls and audit trails from day one. We deliver both, from 5 seats to 5,000.
You set Zoho up yourself, or someone here did, and it carried the business further than anyone expected it to. Now the workarounds have workarounds, month end reporting takes manual effort, and nobody is certain which field holds the real number. You need someone to take the setup apart and put it back together without stopping the work it already supports.
You run Zoho day to day and you have reached the edge of what configuration can do on its own. The workflow needs a custom function, the integration needs proper error handling, and the Creator app someone started needs finishing. You need people who write Deluge every week, work inside your sandbox, and leave the build documented well enough for you to carry it forward.
You inherit Zoho after someone else has chosen it, and you have to answer for whether it holds up. You need access that maps to real roles rather than to whoever asked first, audit trails that survive a review, and a clear picture of where data sits across entities. You need the setup documented well enough that it outlasts whoever configured it.
Zoho lands differently depending on what your business actually runs on. A field service operation needs dispatch and inventory logic a professional services firm never touches. We shape the build around how your sector works.
See every sector we deliver into, the compliance pressures inside each one, and the Zoho applications that tend to carry the most weight.
View All IndustriesYour Zoho setup has to sit alongside the accounting, commerce and communication tools your teams already depend on. We work inside the stack you have, and we know how these systems behave once real volume moves through them.
The applications we configure, extend and support, whether you run one of them or the full suite.
The finance systems Zoho has to agree with, whether you keep them or move off them.
Storefronts whose orders, customers and stock have to reach Zoho without anyone rekeying them.
The platforms we migrate into Zoho, with the data mapping decided before anything moves.
The layer that connects Zoho to everything without custom code, and the reporting sitting on top.
The tools your teams already work in every day, connected so Zoho is not another place to check.
Zoho ships continuously, and someone has to decide which of it matters to your setup. We track every release, so you can see what changed before it changes something of yours.
Staying current is part of the job. We have tracked every Zoho release since November 2025, so the changes that affect your setup get flagged before they reach your team.

Prices verified August 2026
Before you budget for implementation, it helps to know the licence bill underneath it. These are Zoho’s own published prices for the entry paid plan of each application we work with. You pay these to Zoho directly. Our implementation is quoted separately.

|---|---|---|---|---|
| Zoho CRM | Standard | $14 | $20 | user / month |

Zoho One replaces buying applications one at a time. Which of the two rates you qualify for changes the maths considerably, and the All Employee condition is the most common reason a Zoho quote comes out wrong.
| Plan | Rate | Billed annually | Billed monthly | Condition |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Zoho One | All Employee | $37 | $45 | Every employee must be licensed |
| Zoho One | Flexible User | $67 | $105 | Licence only the users you choose |
Prices as published by Zoho, August 2026, in US dollars and excluding local taxes. Zoho prices vary by region and change without notice, so check the current figure on Zoho’s product pages before committing to a budget.
Licence cost is the smaller half of the decision. What it costs to configure Zoho around how you actually work depends on scope, and we will scope it with you.
Discuss ImplementationYou already run Zoho. The question is how much of the work you want to hand over and for how long. Some of you need one review before a decision next month. Some of you need a team holding the system every day. We have a model for each.
Five models built around how much of the work you want to hand over. Whether that is a single health check before a budget conversation, a fixed scope rollout, or a team who owns your Zoho estate day to day, the model you choose sets the pace, the budget and how much we take on.
Give us access and we go through the setup you have, licensing, module fit, data quality, automation and custom logic, then hand back a prioritised report. You decide what happens next, with us or on your own.
Scope and price agreed before we touch anything. Configuration, data migration, testing and go live, with milestone checkpoints so nothing arrives as a surprise.
A team who knows your build, on a monthly engagement. Administration, enhancement requests, user support and release checks, scaled to what you actually use.
A sync failed, a report stopped reconciling, someone changed a workflow and broke a handoff. We fix that specific thing and leave. No retainer, no ongoing commitment.
Certified practitioners working on your operation full time, for organisations where Zoho is the system of record and change is continuous.
| Factor | What We Look At |

| Applications in Scope | One module, a few connected ones, or the full suite |
| Users and Permission Depth | Seat count, roles, profiles and how granular sharing has to be |

| How Much Needs Deluge | Where configuration ends and custom functions begin |
| Number of Integrations | Each external system adds mapping, error handling and testing |
| Compliance Requirements | Audit trails, access governance and evidence for review |
Our rates start at $25 per hour. The figures below are starting points for each type of engagement, and the scoping conversation is where they get firm.

The questions that come up most often before a Zoho engagement starts, answered with the same numbers published further up this page.
Our rates start at $25 per hour. A Zoho health check starts at $500, a single application rollout at $1,500, and a multi application implementation at $2,500. Suite wide and multi entity programmes are quoted after scoping, because the range is too wide to floor honestly. Licence fees are paid to Zoho separately and are listed further up this page.
Only on the All Employee rate, which is the cheaper of the two at $37 per employee per month billed annually. The Flexible User rate lets you license only the people who need it, at $67 per user per month billed annually. Which one works out cheaper depends on how much of your headcount would actually use Zoho, and it is worth doing that arithmetic before committing.
A health check runs 1 to 2 weeks. A single application rollout runs 2 to 4 weeks. A multi application implementation runs 4 to 10 weeks. A Zoho One or multi entity programme runs 10 to 20 weeks. The engagement model we agree in the first conversation sets the timeline.
We start with what you already run. Most setups carry years of decisions that made sense at the time, and a rebuild throws away the ones that still work. We separate what is a configuration decision from what needs Deluge, then change only what has to change.
Yes. Salesforce and HubSpot are the two most common inbound migrations, and QuickBooks or Xero into Zoho Books is the usual finance move. We map objects, relationships and history to their Zoho equivalents before anything moves, because a field for field copy rarely survives contact with how Zoho actually works.
Yes. Our practitioners hold current Zoho certifications across CRM, Creator, Books and Analytics, and they are on staff rather than subcontracted. Certification is held by individuals, so we describe the people who will work on your account rather than making a claim about the company.
For a health check, a read only administrator account is enough to review your configuration, users, roles, automation and data quality. Nothing in your production setup is changed during a review. Once work begins we use a sandbox where your edition supports one, so changes are tested before they reach the setup your team uses daily.
You can take it from there, or keep a team who knows your build. Managed services covers administration, enhancement requests, user support and release checks on a monthly engagement. Zoho ships changes continuously, and someone has to decide which of them matter to your setup.
