We’ve had a very good experience working with your team. One thing I’ve particularly appreciated is how responsive everyone has been throughout the project. Even with the significant time difference between our teams, whenever we had a question or something that needed attention, we normally heard back very quickly, often by the following day. And whenever we felt a call would be easier than going back and forth over email, the team was always willing to find the time to meet with us.

Clix stuck with our project and delivered it as they said they would. We asked Clix to complete some additional paid changes which they took on without issue and delivered as expected. Clix also worked well with our 3rd party integration partners on technical meetings to ensure problems were ironed out. Clix were good at listening to any concerns or issues we had over the life of the project and held weekly meetings with us to ensure the project kept moving forwards. The Clix team were friendly and professional and remained engaged with the project and built a good relationship with us over the course of the development. Due to the technical specification of our project we had to keep a constant hand in the development to ensure the quality remained at a high standard. When bugs or code concerns were raised Clix did improve upon any issues. Overall we plan to use Clix again and would continue to work with them on the road map of our project moving forwards.
