About the Client

Bristol Property Partnership (BPP) is a UK-based estate agency specializing in connecting buyers, renters, and investors with homes and spaces that fit their dreams. The founders were unable to find a letting agency they trusted to manage room-by-room lets in their own properties. So they set up BPP to cater to a demand they knew had amazing potential. With close to 1000 active listings, they have managed 58 refurbishment projects since 2012, with budgets totalling more than £1.4 million. BPP blends the classic, personal touch of local service with an ambitious online presence, ready to meet modern home-searchers right where they live: online and on their phones.

Business Challenge

As their team grew and the property market buzzed, so did their challenges. The agency’s management team wanted to be more than just any other real estate portal. They understood buyers and renters don’t just walk into high street offices. They browse on their phones, compare listings online, and expect instant updates. To keep up with the modern property market, the founders knew they needed more than just a digital presence.
