When the TinniBot team set out to transform tinnitus therapy, their mission was to make life better for millions dealing with constant ringing in their ears. Together, we designed and launched a mobile app that offers sound therapy and progress tracking. About the Client

TinniBot (Now MindEar) is a Europe-based health tech company focused on applying AI and behavioral science to improve auditory health. The founder suffered from tinnitus and couldn’t find an easy, convenient solution to manage the related difficulties. And thus was born the idea for a mobile app that would help others like him find relief. Their mission is to make tinnitus therapy affordable, scalable, and clinically effective through digital delivery.

A conversational agent trained on CBT and mindfulness protocols, guiding users through coping strategies and daily exercises.

Implementation Approach

MindEar’s audiologists and psychologists helped encode CBT strategies as real conversation flows. Every step was carefully validated for safety and effectiveness.

Our mobile engineering team implemented push notification workflows, progress-tracking logic for streak badges, and a design system optimized for calm visual hierarchies, ensuring therapy sessions remained engaging and habit-forming.
