Project Overview

IOT SPA Mobile App involved the development of Mobile Applications that could operate on Android and iOS platforms.

The purpose of the application is to serve as an intermediary that allows its end users' to connect their IoT Enabled Spa's to Thingworx IoT cloud, and gain complete access to the Spa features through a series of controls on the application.

The hurdle

Project Challenge

A major challenge lied in developing a middleware (Java Layer) that is capable enough of accumulating the data inputs from 3 different sources such as Thingworx, Salesforce and Mobile Applications,and is equally able to process them into an intended output format. The developed Java layer was intended to optimally handle the data processing part with Thingworx, Salesforce and Mobile Applications, thus allowing the users' to seamlessly control their Spa's through the application.

The solution

Features

Users are allowed to access different level of controls over the Mobile App based on the following User types: Spa Owner & Spa Guest.
An effortless experience for the user to control mood lighting, music, water temperature is what the application provide.
The Application was built with Spring security implementation (JWT Token Process) restricting any unauthorised access.
Dashboard with a bird eye view and control over the users' , Spa', and content management for the mobile applications.
