Project Overview

Ronati is one of a kind online market platform for art, vintage and antique industry players. Ronati allows interior designers to create requests for antiques & art pieces on their portal, which are reviewed and approved by Ronati professionals. These requests are then fulfilled by dealers based on their stock availability.

Managing this overwhelming amount of information became a challenge for Ronati. They needed a system in place that could be used as a centralized database to help them store and manage designers requests and dealers stock data efficiently, as well as create a simple way to collaborate with dealers and designers.

The hurdle

Project Challenge

1. One of the biggest challenges was Zoho Creator’s Tightly packed UI architecture as Zoho creator does not provide a leeway to customize the front-end designs and changes. We overcame this challenge by creating iframe based widgets using HTML & JS SDK. 2. The second issue we faced was with Zoho’s flow functionalities, as it doesn’t directly allow syncing two flows at a go. To create the syncing we had to create separate flows, one reverse of the other. So to over come this syncing issue we created custom functions using deluged to create the two sync between the portals and the CRM.

Users can be personally be trained by an I’m Possible Trainer while utilizing online training system.

Every update on the designer or dealer portal syncs into CRM in no time to ensure fluent data communication.

Allows the dealers to upload all their products in the item section as well as to respond to an item request by the designer.

The platform allows the designers to create their projects and link their Item requests to those projects. so that they can keep separate records of their projects.

The syncing of the portals with the CRM is designed in such a manner that when ever a record fails to sync with the CRM, an email is triggered and sent to the Ronati team.
